Stay Focused + Balanced

I cannot believe January has come and gone so quickly. I feel like we just started the New Year. The Lunar New Year is right around the corner and I feel like I have a second chance. I am taking this month to reset. Reset my goals, take back my own time and to focus on things that matter.

Studies have shown that less than 25% of people actually stay committed to their resolutions after just 30 days, and only 8% accomplish them. - Forbes

To avoid being another statistic, I am going to set daily goals (small steps) that help support my long term goals.

2019 Lunar New Year Weekly Goals

  • Adopt the KonMari Method and tidy daily in my personal and professional spaces

  • Sweat for myself 4 times a week (including barre, yoga and swimming)

  • Meditate daily for 15 minutes to start my day off with a strong focus and intention

  • Be more organized when it comes to my taxes

  • Start with gratitude - always

2019 Lunar New Year Goals

  • Keep a tidy home

  • Focus on my health physically and mentally

  • Submit my quarterly taxes on time

  • Move more mindfully and with intention
